摘要
用光稳定剂和抗氧化剂复配制作抗老化母粒,对聚乙烯(PE)膜耐老化性能进行研究,分别探讨了用两种光稳定剂和两种抗氧化剂制作抗老化母粒对PE膜耐老化性能的影响;并用PE膜与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜复合制作光伏背板,用光伏背板可承受的累计最大辐照能量作为耐老化性能评价指标。结果表明:当光稳定剂UV-360和UV-770在PE膜中含量分别为0.84%、0.28%,抗氧化剂1010和330含量为0.19%时,光伏背板可承受的累计最大辐照能量为135kWh/m2,PE膜耐老化性能显著提高。
Properties of ageing resistant of PE film was discussed,ageing-resistance functional batch was prepared by used of light stabilizers and antioxidants.Maximum irradiation energy and the longest irradiation time was used appraise method of ageing resistant properties.Photovoltaic back-sheets were made with PE film and polyethylene glycol terephthalate(PET).Results showed that maximum irradiation energy of PE film was 135 kWh/m2,when the contents of light stabilizer UV-360 and UV-770 in PE film were 0.84% and 0.28%,respectively,and the contents of antioxidant 1010 and 330 were all 0.19%.The ageing resistance of PE film was remarkably improved.
