摘要 介绍了60 kt/a溶液聚合法合成高吸水性树脂的工艺技术,采用丙烯酸与氢氧化钠在不同助剂的作用下中和形成丙烯酸钠溶液,在高含量丙烯酸钠溶液、交联剂、氧化还原引发剂等助剂进行水溶液聚合,再经过干燥、粉碎、筛分工序而制得高吸水性树脂,叙述了其工艺流程、设计参数和设备规格。该工艺具有技术可靠,产品聚合度、纯度和收率高的优点,所得产品适用于卫生用品高端品牌,市场前景好。 Introduced the 60 kt/a super absorbent resin synthesized by solution polymerization process technology,acrylic acid and sodium hydroxide neutralized to sodium acrylate solution under the action of different additives,then aqueous solution polymerization in high content of acrylic acid sodium solution,cross-linking agent,additives such as oxidizing agent,reducing agent and initiator,after processes of drying,crushing,screening for super absorbent resin,described the process flow,design parameters and equipment specifications.The process had advantages that technology reliable,degree of polymerization,purity and yield of the products high.The products obtained were suitable for high-end brands of sanitary with good market prospects.
