六氟异丁烯的制备研究进展

摘要 叙述了六氟异丁烯的基本物性及应用领域。归纳了当前制备六氟异丁烯4种主要路线,并分析了各自的优缺点。针对现有技术不足,认为利用氟化工行业副产种类丰富,数量可观的事实,开发含氟副产物制备六氟异丁烯的工艺,具有很强的现实意义。如若能开发成功,不仅可以有效提升副产物附加值,而且可以拓展副产物的应用领域。与此同时,所开发工艺因氟原子利用率高,不会带来大量废HCl问题,也将较现有工艺更为绿色,一举多得。 The basic physical properties and application fields of hexafluoroisobutylene were described.The four main routes for the preparation of hexafluoroisobutylene were summarized.Meanwhile,advantages and disadvantages were analyzed respectively.Considering of the shortcomings of the prior art and the fact that by-products of the fluorine chemical industry were abundant and the quantity was considerable,it is considered that the process of preparing hexafluoroisobutylene based on fluorine-containing by-products was of great significance.If it can be developing successfully,it can not only increase the added value of by-products effectively,but also expand the application fields of by-products greatly.At the same time,the developed process has a high utilization rate of fluorine atoms,so it does not bring about a large amount of HCl waste and will be greener than the existing process,more than one stroke.
