摘要
对GB/T 26478—2011和JB/T 7245—2017标准的主要内容进行了对比和分析。结合阀门的主要规范和标准对材料选用的规定,总结了工业制冷装置常见的几个温度区间所采用的阀门材料。总结了规范和标准中对阀门质量证明文件的规定。最后提出了选用低温钢制焊接阀门时,对是否进行焊后热处理和焊接工艺评定应考虑的问题。
The analysis and comparison of main contents in GB/T 26478—2011 and JB/T 7245—2017 were carried out in this article.Combined with the requirements for material selection in main codes and standards,the materials of valve used in several common temperature intervals for industrial refrigerating unit were demonstrated,and the stipulations in the codes and standards for valve quality certificate were summarized.Finally some issues should be taken into account when determining PWHT and(or)welding procedure qualification for use of low temperature steel in valve fabrication were presented.
