摘要
为抑制振动、优化提升高速泵转子动力性能,对高速泵轴承及转子系统建模,分析轴承预负荷及不锈钢、钛合金诱导轮叶轮状态下对转子动力性能的影响,计算结果表明预负荷的增加能够抑制工作转速下的振动幅值,转子的稳定性降低,但对数衰减率在0.1之上,满足稳定性要求;相比不锈钢诱导轮叶轮,钛合金诱导轮叶轮状态下能够大幅提高转子的临界转速。试验及现场应用表明:振动位移的峰峰值能够控制在合理范围内。预负荷可倾瓦轴承及钛合金诱导轮叶轮的应用优化了转子的动力性能,解决了实际工程问题。
In order to restrain the vibration occurred on the rotor in high speed pump and to enhance and optimize its dynamic performance,the model of bearing and rotor system in speed pump was established,and the effects of preload on bearing and use of stainless steel and titanium alloy guide impeller to the dynamic performance of the rotor were analyzed.It was shown from the results that the vibration amplitude of the rotor at working velocity can be restrained with the increase of preload on bearing,but the stability of the rotor is reduced and logarithmic damping rate is above 0.1,which is qualified with stability requirement;compared with stainless steel guide impeller,use of titanium alloy guide impeller can greatly enhance the critical speed of the rotor.Through test and practical application it was shown that displacing peak in vibration can be controlled within allowable scope.The dynamic performance of the rotor can be optimized by applying preload tilting pad bearing and titanium alloy guide impeller,so the practical engineering problem has been solved.
