摘要
管法兰作为压力容器的常用部件,是连接压力容器的基本元件,承载着与之相连接的外部管道持续的载荷,受这些管道载荷的影响,这些传递过来的力和弯矩会影响法兰的密封,严重的情况甚至可能导致法兰密封处产生泄漏。因此,如何确定该法兰在管道力和力矩作用时的MAWP,对于压力容器设备来说有着非常重要的意义。
As a commonly used component,pipe flange is a basic part for connection of pressurized components,which undertake sustained loads from the connected piping.The piping forces and moments transformed to the flange will affect its seal performance.In some serious cases leaks in flange joint will be occurred due to these forces and moments.Thus it is significant to determine MAWP of flange with the action of pipe forces and moments.
