摘要
带有膨胀节的卧式固定管板换热器,由于膨胀节和管束受到弯矩作用产生角变形,使换热管拉伸或压缩应力进一步增加。对膨胀节产生角变形后使管子受力发生变化进行分析计算,并加上换热器操作时的管子应力,对管子和管板接头的拉脱力和管子的稳定性重新进行校核。
In horizontal fixed tubesheet heat exchanger, the angular deflection of bellows and tubes will increase tensile or compressive stress in the tubes. In this article, the change of stresses in tubes when the mentioned angular deflection occurs was calculated and analyzed. By adding this stress increase to the stress in tubes under operating condition, the connecting force between tubes and tubesheet and the stability of tubes were then checked again.
