井下装备线缆二次塑封装置的研制及试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对油田井下高温、高压和酸腐蚀的工作环境中线缆接头可靠性差的问题,研制了一套井下线缆接头二次塑封装置,实现了线缆接头的井口现场塑封作业。该装置由便携式夹紧装置、加热装置、合模装置及挤压成型装置等组成,流道温度和模具温度采用了独立分区的实时控制方法,融化后的注塑材料采用螺旋推进的方式实现二次塑封作业。装置的卡具以作业管柱为锚定对象,实现了装置的快速拆装,操作方便,节省了作业时间。基于该装置开展了两线接头的二次塑封试验,试验样品经过30MPa打压、150℃加温及酸腐蚀溶液浸泡等模拟油田井下环境处理后进行了测试,测试结果表明线缆接头密封良好,无任何膨胀、软化和漏电现象,可用于井下作业环境的线缆二次接头工艺。 Considering poor reliability of cable joints in the working environment of high temperature,high pressure and acid corrosion in the oil field,a set of secondary plastic packaging device for cable joints in the oil field was developed to realize the wellhead plastic packaging operation of cable joints.The device consists of a portable clamping device,a heating device,a clamping device and an extrusion molding device,the temperature of the runner and that of the grinding tool are controlled at real time by independent zones,and the melted injection molding material is subjected to secondary plastic molding operation in a spiral propulsion mode.The fixture of the device takes the operation string as the anchoring object to realize the quick disassembly and assembly of the device,and facilitate the operation and reduce the operation time.Based on the device,the secondary plastic package experiment of the two-wire joint was carried out.The experimental samples were tested after being treated by 30 MPa pressure,150 degree heating and acid corrosion solution immersion,etc.The test results show that,the cable joint is well sealed and free of any swelling,softening and leakage of electricity and it can be used in the cable secondary joint process in the underground working environment.
