摘要
运用价值链分析,梳理国际贸易可能存在的各类风险,提出构建业务、财务、法务三线并行的国际贸易风险防控体系并介绍风险防控的主要做法,为国际贸易企业风险管理提供思路和借鉴。
By using the value train analysis method, the paper identifies the risks that may arise during international trade, presents the idea of building a risk control system comprising three co-players-business, finance and legal policies, and introduces the major approaches for risk control during international trade, in a bid to provide reference and insights for international trade companies in risk control.
