摘要
本文主要介绍一种石油、天然气钻井中常用的防止井喷的工具——方钻杆旋塞阀,该工具保留了原有结构简单操作方便的特点,同时将结构加以改进,球与球座的密封形式改为金属对金属的密封,由于密封面经过超音速喷涂处理具有很高的硬度和耐磨性,具有更可靠的密封性,使其能够在高压下正常工作。方钻杆旋塞阀在高压环境下使用时由于密封接触造成的摩擦阻力过大往往产生旋塞阀球转不动的现象,针对这一现象增加了操作键垫和润滑装置,使其具有在高压差下便于开关的特点。
This paper mainly introduces a kind of petroleum,natural gas drilling in common use of blowout prevention tools-- kelly valve,the tool to retain the original of simple structure and convenient operation,and the improved structure,seal the form of ball and the ball into the metal to metal seal,with very high hardness and abrasion resistance.Sealing surface through supersonic spray treatment,more reliable sealing performance,so that it can work under high pressure.Kelly valve used in high pressure environment due to friction sealing contact caused by too large tend to produce plug valve ball can't turn the phenomenon,the phenomenon of increased operating key pad and lubricating device,which has the characteristics of convenient switch under a high pressure difference.
