摘要
观察了旋毛虫肌幼虫在实验感染兔横纹肌内的分布 ,在舌肌中荷虫密度最高 ,顺次是咬肌、膈肌、肱三头肌、肩胛肌、肱二头肌、腓肠肌、胸大肌、肋间肌、腰肌 ,心肌中未发现幼虫 ,提示检查兔的舌肌、咬肌或膈肌发现肌幼虫的阳性率高。
We studied the distribution of Trichinella spiralis larvae in striped muscles experimental infected rabbits The muscle harbouring the highest number of larvae was tongue muscle,followed by masseter muscle,diaphragm,triceps muscle of arm,scapula muscle,biceps muscle of arm,gastrocnemius muscle,thorax muscle,intercostal muscle,psoas muscle.No larvae was found in myocardium.The results indicated that the highest positive rate could be acquired when tongue uscle,masseter or diaphragm were checked in rabbits infected with T spiralis larvae.
