摘要
目的 研究猪囊尾蚴发育过程中猪囊尾蚴细胞是否存在凋亡。方法 仔猪感染猪带绦虫卵后 ,定期剖杀 ,剥离囊尾蚴 ,作组织切片 ,采用TUNEL法检测囊尾蚴头节和囊壁细胞的凋亡率 (S -AI和W -AI)。结果 头节细胞和囊壁细胞均存在凋亡现象 ,尤以囊壁细胞凋亡明显。感染后 19d时头节细胞和囊壁细胞凋亡率较高 ,分别为 7%和 15 %左右。以后随感染时间的延长而降低 ,至 80d时稍有回升 ,并分别稳定保持在 4 %和 8%左右。结论 猪囊尾蚴发育过程中猪囊尾蚴细胞存在凋亡 ,且囊壁细胞凋亡明显。
Aim To study whether apoptosis occurred or not during the development of Cysticerci cellulosae Methods Pigs were infected with Taenia solium eggs At the different periods pigs were autopsied C cellulosae were excised and made into histological sections Apoptotic cell indexes in scolex and bladder wall (S AI and W AI) were detected with TUNEL methods Results Cell apoptosis did appear in scolex and bladder wall and was more apparent in the latter Both S AI and W AI were high when the larvae was 19 days old They were about 7 percent and 15 percent respectively With the duration of infection AI decreased After 80 days,AI increased a little and then kept in a stable level,about 4 percent and 8 percent respectively Conclusion Apoptosis occurred during the development of C cellulosae And cell apoptosis in bladder wall was more apparent
