论中职文化课教师在教学实践中的反思意识

摘要 中职文化课教师的反思意识是克服教学难题的主体条件,运用好反思优势,突出重点问题的解决,是使反思意识具体发挥作用的关键。因此,追求良好的文化课教学效果,就必须注意始终发挥教师反思意识的灵魂作用。具体做到反思意识的动力生发作用、在教学过程中的主导作用、对教学诸环节的统摄作用、在克服教学难题中的解构作用、在提升学习者兴趣中的激发作用的落实等,这是中职文化课教师教学实践获得成功的保证,也是促进教学双方走向有序、有效、有益的品质的根本途径。 The introspection consciousness of the general knowledge course teachers in the second vocational school is the subjective condition to overcome the difficulties in teaching. Taking good use of the advantage of the introspection and emphasizing the solutions of the important problems are the key points to make the introspection consciousness come into play effectively. Therefore,in order to acquire the good teaching effect of the general knowledge courses,it is necessary to pay attention to the guiding functions of the teachers' introspection consciousness from the very beginning. Only putting the introspection consciousness into practice as the following aspects:the leading and motivation functions,the dominant function in the teaching process,the governing function to the teaching procedure,the deconstruction function to overcome the teaching difficulties,the incentive function to arouse the learners' interest,and so on can the general knowledge course teachers in the second vocational school acquire the necessity to succeed in the teaching practice and also promote the teaching and studying to realize the fundamental goals with an ordered,effective and helpful quality.
