Application of intravascalar stenting in treatment of intracranial aneurysm

摘要 颅内动脉瘤是神经外科的常见疾病 ,而过去对于宽颈或梭形动脉瘤 ,血管内介入治疗的效果往往不佳。血管内支架的出现 ,为这类动脉瘤的治疗提供了新的思路 ,特别是网孔支架结合电解可脱卸弹簧圈 (GDC)在临床已应用较多 ,并取得了较好的短期效果。
