摘要
信息化测绘具有测绘数据精确化、标准化、专业化的优点。分析了信息化对不动产测绘的积极影响,如作业范围扩大,采集频率提高,粒度更小、分辨率更高,后处理高度智能化,增强型GIS的应用更加普遍。提出了城市测绘信息化体系的构成,即现代测绘基准体系、地理信息实时获取体系、地理信息快速处理系统、地理信息资源体系。列举了信息化技术在城市测绘中的应用,如地理信息服务可视化技术、测绘仪和全球定位技术、地理信息标准化技术、摄影测量和遥感技术、移动计算技术。从构建统一的信息管理平台、做好信息资源规划两方面论述了信息化技术的优化策略,以期进一步提升我国的城市测绘水平。
Information surveying and mapping has the advantages of accurate,standardized and specialized surveying and mapping data.The positive effects of informatization on real estate surveying and mapping are analyzed,such as enlarging the scope of operation,increasing the frequency of acquisition,smaller particle size,higher resolution,highly intelligent post-processing,and wider application of enhanced GIS.The composition of urban surveying and mapping information system is put forward,which includes modern surveying and mapping datum system,real-time acquisition system of geographic information,rapid processing system of geographic information and geographic information resources system.The application of information technology is listed,such as visualization technology of geographic information service,mapping instrument and global positioning technology,standardization technology of geographic information,photogrammetry and remote sensing technology,mobile computing technology.It discusses the optimization strategy of information technology from two aspects of building a unified information management platform and making good information resource planning,with a view to further improving the level of urban surveying and mapping in China.
