摘要
分析心理干预与健康教育在脑梗塞患者护理中的临床应用效果。选择我院收治的脑梗塞患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组受试者入院之后接受常规护理干预。观察组受试者在此基础上,接受针对性的护理干预及强化性健康知识宣教。对照组受试者的治疗有效率为96. 00%,观察组受试者的治疗有效率为82. 00%。与对照组相比,观察组受试者治疗有效率更高(P <0. 05)。对照组患者的护理满意度为86. 00%,观察组患者的护理满意度为98. 00%(P <0. 05)。在对脑梗塞患者实施临床护理过程中,应用针对性的护理干预并联合强化性健康教育能够取得满意效果。此方法能够全面提升病患的生活品质,提高患者对临床护理的满意度,值得在临床推广应用。
To analyze the clinical effect of psychological intervention and health education in nursing of patients with cerebral infarction.The patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention after admission.On this basis,the subjects in observation group received targeted nursing intervention and intensive health knowledge education.The effective rate of control group was 96.00%,and that of observation group was 82.00%.Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in control group was 86.00%,and that of the patients in observation group was98.00%(P<0.05).In the process of clinical nursing for patients with cerebral infarction,the application of targeted nursing intervention combined with intensive health education can achieve satisfactory results.This method can comprehensively improve the life quality of patients,improve patients’satisfaction with clinical nursing,and is worthy of clinical application.
