摘要
以加强工程招投标管理工作为中心,对企业的工程招投标工作进行思考,提出了新时期完善工程招投标的监督体系、优化工程招投标管理流程等策略和方法,为企业做好工程招投标管理和控制工作提供了基本方向和对策。
Focusing on strengthening the management of engineering bidding,this paper considers the enterprise’s engineering bidding work,puts forward some strategies and methods,such as perfecting the supervision system of engineering bidding in the new period,optimizing the process of engineering bidding management,and provides the basic direction and countermeasures for enterprises to do well in the management and control of engineering bidding.
