基于配电网元件故障率变化的电动汽车并网可靠性评估

摘要 规模化电动汽车接入配电网后,引起配电网负荷的增大进而影响配电网的电能质量。为此,本文结合元件故障率实际变化情况,提出一种基于元件故障率变化情况下电网的可靠性分析方法。根据与充电功率需求相关的各种因素,对电动汽车充电功率进行建模,模拟出不同规模下的电动汽车接入配网所引起原配电网的负荷变化。考虑元件故障率的变化,运用Weibull分布对元件故障率浴盆曲线进行建模。采用蒙特卡洛法对电网进行可靠性的评估,在进行可靠性分析时,以元件的实时故障率为准。以IEEE-RBTS Bus2配电系统为例,分析计算各负荷点的可靠性指标随时间变化情况,并研究了不同规模电动汽车接入配电网下系统的可靠性指标与时间的关系。该方法计算出的可靠性指标更贴近实际。 After large-scale electric vehicle is connected to the distribution network,the load of the distribution network will increase,and then the power quality of the distribution network will be affected. Therefore,a reliability analysis method of power grid based on component failure rate change is proposed in combination with the actual change of component failure rate. According to various factors related to charging power demand,the charging power of the electric vehicle is modeled,and the load variation of the original distribution network caused by the access of electric vehicle to the distribution network in different scales is simulated. Considering the change of component failure rate,the Weibull distribution is used to model the bathtub curve of component failure rate. The reliability of power grid is evaluated by Monte Carlo method. In reliability analysis,the real-time failure rate of components is taken as the criterion. Taking the IEEE-RBTS Bus2 distribution system as an example,the reliability indexes of each load point change with time are analyzed and calculated,and the relationship between the reliability indexes and the time of the system under different scale electric vehicles connected to the distribution network is studied.The reliability index calculated by this method is closer to reality.
