摘要
随着时代的发展,文化软实力对区域经济增长的影响日益显著。湖北省作为促进长江经济带"上中下游协同发展、东中西部互动合作"的重要枢纽区域,需充分发挥其地域文化的重要作用,为促进区域经济增长提供动力。通过分析湖北地域文化影响区域经济增长的途径,并从不同角度选取反映湖北地域文化内涵的数量指标,对湖北地域文化与区域经济增长的关系进行实证检验,可以发现:用企业家精神来衡量的地域文化中的创新和创业部分对经济增长的贡献有限,创业精神对经济增长的影响为负;用人力资本来衡量的地域文化中的教育观念和劳动者的知识、技能等显著促进了经济增长;用文化资本来衡量的地域文化整体水平对经济增长的影响因文化资本的异质性而表现出差异;用文化产业来衡量的地域文化的产出水平对经济增长的影响显著为正。由此,可从培育企业家精神、充分发挥人力资本的潜在优势、促进文化产业与信息技术的融合、更新湖北地域文化四个方面来进一步发挥湖北地域文化对区域经济增长的带动作用。
With the development of the times,the influence of cultural soft power on regional economic growth is increasingly significant.As an important hub of the Yangtze River Economic Belt for'promoting the coordinated development of the upper,middle and lower reaches,and interactive cooperation between the eastern,central and western regions',Hubei Province needs to give full play to the important role of regional culture.By analyzing the ways in which Hubei regional culture influence regional economic growth,the quantitative indicators reflecting the cultural connotation of Hubei region are selected from different angles to empirically test the relationship between Hubei regional culture and regional economic growth.The study found that innovation and entrepreneurship in the regional culture measured by entrepreneurship have limited contribution to economic growth,entrepreneurial spirit has a negative impact on economic growth.Education concepts and knowledge and skills of laborers in regional culture measured by human capital have significantly promoted economic growth.The impacts of the overall level of regional culture measured by cultural capital on economic growth are different due to the heterogeneity of cultural capital.The impact of regional cultural output levels measured by cultural industries on economic growth is significantly positive.In order to give full play to the role of Hubei regional culture in regional economic growth,it is necessary to cultivate entrepreneurship,develop the potential advantages of human capital,promote the integration of cultural industries and information technology,and update Hubei regional culture.
