摘要
目的评价法乐氏四联症根治术右室流出道的重建。方法对1989年至2002年11月期间的162例法乐氏四联症,实行根治术的患者进行回顾性的调查。结果130例患者行右室流出道重建术,其中64例右室加宽,42例跨环补片,死亡率为4.8%。结论适度的右室流出道的重建,有利于术后恢复,提高手术成功率。
Objective To evaluate the repair of right ventricular outflow tract in the one-stage re-pair of tetralogy of Fallot.Methods To investi-gate162patients with tetralogy of Fallot received routine one-stage repair of tertralogy of Follot from1989to2002.Results130cases right ventricu-lar outflow tract were rebuileded,including64cases patch graft enlgrgement in infundibluar be done,42cases transannular pathch be neede.The mortality rate is4.8%.Conclusion The repair of right ventricular outflow tract may be considered improve the out come of operation.
