摘要
以较为典型并颇具特色的丽星公司邮轮合同为例,分析邮轮合同所具备的基本条款内容,对该公司就全球不同航线区域制定的不同合同条款的差异性进行比较和评述,对中国消费者选择邮轮时起到一定的提示作用。
The clauses in the Passage Contract by Star Cruises are analyzed,which is very typical and distinctive.In according with comparing and evaluating the difference between which are used in several lines of the world,the cautions are pointed out in order to protect China’s consumers when they choose the cruise line.
