摘要
针对基于CIM的配网模型交换提出了模型差异处理解决方案和业务处理机制。为实现配网生产管理系统(PMS)(包括电系单线图、站内图、电系环网图、10 kV电系图)与配电自动化系统(DMS)的图形模型信息共享,需要基于统一的交换规范。针对图模转换过程中CIM应用的问题,提出了数据处理的优化方法和相应问题的解决方法,并在新电站投运时为配网调度运行建立了图模转换的入网审批业务流程,形成图模数据滚动维护机制。
In view of the distribution network model exchange based on CIM,this paper presents the model difference solution and business processing mechanism. The unified exchange specifications are required to implement the sharing of graphical model information between distribution production management system( PMS)( including power system single-line diagram,station chart,power system network figure,10 k V power system diagram) and distribution automation system( DMS). For CIM application problems in the process of chart-model transfer,the optimization of the data processing and the corresponding method to resolve the problem are proposed. Thereby,the approval process of chart-model conversion assess to power grid is defined for the smmooth distribution network dispatching operation of startup power plants.
