摘要
针对交直流互联背景下华东电网将面临的调频问题,参照华东四省一市涉网机组一次调频关键参数的实际设置条件,结合"7.5直流闭锁故障"中系统频率响应的实测波形,给出了华东电网频率仿真的一般性原则。并以该原则为基础,对淮沪特高压交流输电示范工程投产后送端机组失却及直流同时闭锁故障进行了仿真分析。该仿真结论将为华东电网预估淮沪特高压故障后的系统频率特性,编制电网事故预案,提供了决策依据。
In view of the frequency control problem of East China Grid in the context of AC / DC interconnection,this paper presents the general principle for frequency simulation of East China Grid with reference to the actual parameter settings of online generators in East China Grid,and the real time frequency response curve in the ' 7. 5 DC Bipolar Block Failure'. Then the principle is applied in the simulation analysis of sending-end unit failure and DC blocking fault after the operation of Huai-Hu UHV AC transmission demonstration project. This research can provide supports to the planning and dispatching section in East China Grid to estimate the frequency characteristics in advance and make preparation plan for grid accidents.
