摘要
针对节能减排,在火电厂烟气综合利用改造工程中,加装烟气/凝结水换热装置(以下简称GCH),可以回收锅炉尾部烟气余热,节能降耗。以某热电厂300 MW机组为例,简要描述GCH改造工程,设计GCH系统控制功能。结合DCS逻辑组态和现场调试的工作情况,涵盖整个改造工程中的冷态调试、热态调试和优化调整试验,分析改造工程中发现的问题,对GCH系统的烟温调节进行了优化。在此基础上,探讨研究了串级PID控制与模糊控制的结合应用,研究结果对GCH系统的控制和应用具有参考意义。
In view of energy saving and emission reduction,the GCH used in reconstruction project of thermal power plant could recover the waste heat from boiler flue gas. Based on the case study of the 300MW unit in one power plant,this paper outlines the GCH reconstruction project with the designed GCH system control function. In combination with the DCS logic configuration and the on-site commissioning work of GCH control system,covering cold test, hot commissioning and optimal adjustment test,the problems of the reconstruction project are analyzed,and the GCH system flue gas temperature regulation is optimized. Thereupon,the cascade PID control combined with fuzzy control is explored into. The obtained research results have important significance and engineering reference value for improving the performance of GCH control system.
