摘要
提出了一种同一化故障电荷量线路差动保护判据。在差动故障电荷量和制动故障电荷量概念的基础上,提出了故障电荷量差动保护判据。其次,详细分析了此判据待优化之处及对应的优化方法,并据此提出了同一化故障电荷量差动保护判据及其整定原则,进一步提升了保护性能。接着阐述了保护判据应对TA饱和、电容电流、空载合闸等影响的思路。最后,利用PSCAD搭建500kV仿真系统,结果表明:同一化故障电荷量差动保护能在3~9 ms内识别区内故障,在区外故障时可靠闭锁,符合预期设想。
This paper proposes a new differential protection criterion based on identity fault charge. Firstly,based on the concept of differential fault charge and restraining fault charge,the fault charge differential protection criterion is formulated. Secondly,the criterion's shortcomings are analyzed and the corresponding optimization strategies and relay setting rules are proposed,which further improves the protection performance. The paper also discusses the idea of avoiding the influence of anti-TA saturation,capacitive current,unloaded switching. Finally,the results of 500kV simulation system by PSCAD show that the protection criterion can identify the internal faults quickly( 3-9ms) and accurately,and lockout protection reliably in the external faults.
