摘要
高校辅导员是对高校学生开展日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者和服务者,在大学生思想政治教育过程中发挥着重要作用。随着新时期高等教育事业的不断发展变革,提升高校辅导员职业能力对做好新时期高校大学生思想政治教育工作至关重要。本文分析了"学习型社会"和"高校辅导员职业能力"二者之间的关联,认为学习型社会建设为高校辅导员职业能力提升奠定了有力的理论依据和政策支持,高校辅导员职业能力提升是全面建设学习型社会的必然趋势和实践要求。阐述了在学习型社会背景下高校辅导员职业能力提升的重要性和必要性。通过调研,分析新形势下高校辅导员职业能力提升面临的现状与困境。针对问题与困境,在学习型社会背景下提出解决高校辅导员职业能力提升问题的相应对策。
College counselors are the organizers,implementers,guiders and servants of daily ideological and political education and management to college students,who play an important role in the process of ideological and political education. With the development and reformation of the higher education in modern society,improving the professional capacity of college counselors is by no means a vital part of ideological and political education. This essay first analyzes the correlation between the learning society and the professional capacity of college counselors,stating that the construction of learning society lays a solid theoretical foundation and provides policy support for the improvement of professional capacity of college counselors,and that the improvement of professional capacity of college counselors are the inexorable trend and practical requirement of an overall construction of the learning society. Then demonstrates the importance and necessity of improving the professional capacity of college counselors under the background of learning society. Finally concludes the status and dilemma of the improvement of the professional capacity of college counselors and the solutions to those problems in learning society.
