摘要
随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,成人高等教育领域发展面临新矛盾、新使命。广播电视大学可通过进一步发展教学学术以促进教学质量的提升来解决新矛盾、完成新使命。教学学术有助于广播电视大学强化教学过程诸环节、提升人才培养质量和彰显办学特色。新时代的各种新契机也为广播电视大学的教学学术发展提供了新机遇。广播电视大学应将自身组织职能转向服务教学,实现校内对教学学术的认同;依托网络学习平台开展监测评价的实证研究,提高教学学术发展的科学化水平;学校配套各类激励政策支持教学学术发展;将教学学术发展与教师专业成长有机融合。
To meet the needs of the new era,Radio and TV Universities can improve teaching quality with academic teaching development. The academic teaching helps Radio and TV Universities to strengthen all aspects of the teaching process,improve the quality of personnel training,and demonstrate the characteristics of running a school. The new challenges in the new era also provide new opportunities for the development of academic teaching at the Radio and TV University. Radio and TV University should transfer its organizational functions to service teaching,to achieve recognition of the scholarship of teaching within the school. Relying on online learning platform,empirical research on monitoring and evaluation needs to be conducted to improve the scientific level of the scholarship of teaching development;Schools are supposed to address various incentive policies to support academic development of teaching. The development of academic teaching and the staff professional growth have to be organically integrated.
