摘要
为积极应对人口老龄化带来的巨大压力,创新老年教育办学模式,广播电视大学应积极利用自身远程教育系统的天然优势,推动建立老年开放大学,以扩大老年教育供给,丰富办学主体,满足老年人的学习文化需求。本文立足四川省老年教育工作的实际,试图探索依托广播电视大学搭建四川"省—市"二级老年开放大学体系的途径和方法,促成"省级牵头、两级管理、多元参与、多样培训"的发展模式,以期为全国各地开展老年开放大学改革提供借鉴。
In order to cope with the enormous pressure from the aging population actively,and innovate the educational model of education for the elderly,Radio and Television University should meet the needs of the elderly People’s learning and cultural needs actively,and make advantange of its own distance education system expanding the supply of education for the elderly,and enriching the main body of education.. Based on the actual situation of Sichuan elderly education,this paper attempts to explore the ways to build a ' provincial-city' two level elderly open university system based on Radio and TV University,leading to a development model of ' provincial leadership,two-level management,multiple participation,and diverse training',and providing a theoretical reference for the reform of the elderly open university throughout the country.
