摘要
本文以杭州市下城区老年教育需求现状为案例,在问卷调查以及访谈的基础上进行分析研究。调查显示,伴随人口老龄化而出现的大量老年人口对于教育的巨大需求与非常有限的现实教育资源、服务、课程之间存在着巨大鸿沟。要把国家为老年人口提供教育与学习服务的政策变成现实,还需要全社会付出巨大努力。需要通过树立正确的老年教育观和老年学习观,扩大老年教育资源供给,完善以学习需求为导向的课程和教学形式,发挥社会组织以及学习型社团的作用等几方面来解决老年教育中遇到的问题,达到满足老年人多样化学习需求的目的。
This paper studies the demand status of aging education in Xiacheng on the basis of questionnaire and interview,and finds that there is a huge gap between the demand for education and the very limited resources,services and courses related to the aging population. It needs the whole society's great effort to turn the policy of providing education and learning services for the elderly population into reality. It is necessary to establish the correct view of aging education and learning,expanding the supply of the educational resources,improving the curriculum and teaching forms oriented to the learning needs,and playing the role of social organizations and learning communities.
