摘要
通过砂培试验研究了新疆风化煤黄腐酸(FA)对玉米幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:适宜用量的FA(50~300μg/g)使玉米幼苗株高比对照增加2.7%~9.4%,主根长比对照增加4.7%~33.8%,地上部干重和根干重分别比对照增加5.5%~18.8%和10%~60%;叶绿素含量、可溶性总糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量分别比对照提高2.1%~12.1%、25.9%~116.4%和28.0%~136.1%。玉米生长发育适宜的FA浓度范围是100~200μg/g。
The effects of FA from weathering coal on the growth of maize in sand cultures were studied. The results showed that proper FA concentration stimulated crop growth and enhanced accumulation of substance. Seedling height, main root length and dry weight of shoots and roots were higher than those of the control (ck) . Under the same conditions, the contents of chlorophyll and total soluble sugar or protein increased. In sand cultures, concentration suitable for maize growth was 100-200 μg/g.
