摘要
鉴于化纤生产中市场行情的变化,为增加企业的竞争力,在保持生产总量不降的情况下,利用车间现有的设备和空间,通过对卷绕设备进行合理布局,从加长导丝盘、切割平台板、增加卷绕头、更换喷丝板、将油架10头改20头等方面入手,利用小改小革,实现部分卷绕头的"双胞胎"改造,增加了细旦丝产量,达到投入少、增效显著的目的。
In view of the change in the market situation in the production of chemical fiber, in order to in? crease the competitiveness of the enterprises, under the condition of keeping the total production volume constant, and using the existing equipment and space in the workshop, through the rational layout of the winding equipment, starting with lengthening the godet wheel, cutting the platform plate, increasing the winding head, changing 10 head oil rack to 20 head and so on, making use of small change of small leather, the twin transformation of partial winding head is realized, and the output of fine denier filament is in? creased, so that the investment is less and the efficiency is remarkable.
