核壳型白炭黑纳米粒子的制备及性能

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550、环氧偶联剂和白炭黑,以一步法合成了核壳结构的改性白炭黑。结果表明,接枝率分别为3%、5%、7%、10%和15%的改性白炭黑在600℃时的质量损失率分别为3.47%、5.12%、7.31%、7.56%和7.98%。随着接枝率的增大,改性白炭黑的水接触角增加,黏度下降。与未改性白炭黑相比,接枝率为15%的改性白炭黑的水的接触角增大124.69°,黏度下降了86.88 Pa·s。 Core-shell structured modified silica was prepared by one-step method using silane coupling agent KH-550, epoxy coupling agent and white carbon black. The results showed that the mass loss rate at 600 ℃ of the modified silica with grafting rates of 3%, 5%, 7%, 10% and 15% were 3.47%, 5.12%, 7.31%, 7.56% and 7.98%, respectively. With increasing grafting rates, the contact angle with water of modified silica increased and the viscosity decreased. Compared with unmodified silica, the contact angle with water of modified silica with 15% grafting rate increased by 124.69° and the viscosity decreased by 86.88 Pa·s.
