摘要
对高校新教师应进行备课指导,要求他们层层了解课程的背景材料,懂得备课的几种形式和基本规范,注意收集教学反馈情况,逐步提高教学艺术水平。
A good college lecture requires a good understanding of the text materials and their background information,the basic forms and norms of class lectures and an awareness of and response to class feedback.
