摘要
根据浙江省第十一次党代会精神,提出了科技创新是新时期经济发展的新动力,改革开放与科技创新的结合将成为推动宁波经济发展更强大的动力。基于这一思想,进一步提出了宁波市深入实施“科教强市”一号工程,率先提前实现现代化的总体思路以及“十五”期末宁波科技发展的总目标及各项要求。
According to the spirit of the 11th provincial Party Congress of Zhejiang,the paper presents the idea that science and technology innovation is the new motive force for the economic development in the new period, and the combination of reform and opening-up policy and science and technology innovation will strongly stimulate the economic growth of Ningbo. On the basis of this idea,it further initiates'No. 1 Project' of developing Ningbo with science and technology, the overall plans for the city of Ningbo to realize its modernization ahead of national schedule, and its general goals for scientific and technological development.
