介绍完成话务量与网络管理之间的关系,通过实例分析网路管理系统在电话业务中的作用.
This article introduces the relationship between the completion of telephone charge in a unit time and administration of the net-route,and uses the examples to analyze the function of administration of the net-route system on telephone business.
