The effects of whole range health education pattern on nursing quality and blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨全程健康教育模式对糖尿病护理质量及患者血糖水平的影响。方法采用回顾性方法分析,选取2014年10月至2016年10月收治的200例糖尿病患者的临床资料,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组100例,其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全程健康教育模式护理,经干预治疗,比较2组患者在干预前后临床生化指标水平,并采用自我效能量表评价行为改变的效果。抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价患者心理状态。结果干预前后干预时间总数与总干预时间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组有6个维度。自我效能得分和总分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SDS和SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组干预前后各指标间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前后观察组与干预组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组临床生化指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者临床护理中应用健康教育可有效改善患者血糖水平,提高患者的生活质量,改善护理质量,具有积极的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the effects of whole range health education pattern on nursing quality and blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data about 200 patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,and these patients were randomly divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100).The patients in control group received routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group received whole range health education intervention.The clinical biochemical marker levels before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Moreover the self-efficacy scale evaluation was used to evaluate the effects of behavioral change and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the psychological state of the patients.Results There was no significant difference before and after the intervention between the intervention time sum total and total intervention time(P>0.05).After the intervention,the clinical biochemical indicators,self-efficacy scale scores and total scores in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05),moreover,the SDS scores and SAS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in these indexes in control group before and after the intervention(P>0.05),however,there were significant differences in these indexes before and after intervention between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole range health education pattern in clinical nursing for patients with diabetes mellitus can effectively improve blood sugar levels,improve the life quality of patients,moreover,which can improve the nursing quality,therefor,it is of positive clinical significance.
