摘要
目的了解上海市长征镇社区60岁以老年人血脂异常情况,为社区健康管理提供依据。方法以2016年全年在长征镇社区卫生服务中心参加健康体检的长征镇60岁及以上的社区居民为研究对象,收集一般资料,检查总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等血脂指标。结果长征镇老年人体检人群中血脂异常总检出率为58.84%,其中男性检出率为51.80%,女性检出率为64.72%,胆固醇升高者占30.73%,甘油三酯升高者占32.22%,低密度脂蛋白升高者占35.22%,高密度脂蛋白降低者8.44%。结论长征镇社区老年人中血脂异常检出率较高,其中以60～69岁老年人检出率最高,应针对高危人群,将血脂情况作为控制指标开展健康管理工作。
Objective To investigate the incidence of dyslipidemia in the elderly(age>60 years) in Changzheng Town of Shanghai in order to provide a basis for community health management.Methods The community residents(age>60 years) who participated in the health examination in the community health service center of Changzheng Town in 2016 were enrolled as research objects,and the general data were collected and blood lipid indexes including total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein were detected.Results The total detection rate of dyslipidemia was 58.84% in the elderly people in Changzheng Town,in which,that of males was 51.80% and that of females was 64.72%,moreover, the subjects with cholesterol increase accounted for 30.73%, those with triglyceride increase accounted for 32.22%, those with low density lipoprotein increase accounted for 35.223%, and those with high density lipoprotein decrease accounted for 8.44%.Conclusion The detection rate of dyslipidemia is higher among the elderly in Changzheng Town of Shanghai,in whom, the highest detection rate is in 60-69 years group.
