摘要
目的探讨经胸乳入路腔镜下行甲状腺手术的围术期护理干预方法及其策略。方法我院自2014年10月至2015年6月以来,对10例施行经胸乳入路腔镜下甲状腺手术患者围手术期的护理干预经验,并随访观察分析。结果 10例患者全部康复出院,疗效满意,无严重并发症。结论积极的术前准备以及对术后并发症的临床观察和护理干预,对于经胸乳入路腔镜下甲状腺手术的成功十分重要。
Objective To investigate gasless endoscopic thyroid operation perioperative nursing intervention methods and strategies. Methods In our hospital since June October 2014 to 2015, 10 cases performed by breast approach endoscopic thyroid surgery patients with peri operative nursing experience, and follow-up observation and analysis.Results All 10 patients recovered and discharged,theefficacy was satisfactory, without serious complications. Conclusion Positivepreoperative preparation and postoperative complications of the clinical observation and nursing intervention of, for the breast in endoscopic thyroidsurgery is of great importance to success.
