摘要
柔性同轴电缆在宇航系统中应用的越来越广泛,该设备往往是系统的设计单点,且一般不设置相应的遥测点。该产品是否正常使用,成为了制约宇航系统可靠性的重要一环。文章结合作者的使用经验和部分产品的使用手册,给出了宇航用柔性同轴电缆的使用注意事项;并结合工程实际,给出了在不同功率条件下电缆的温升情况,为该产品的热控处理提供参考。
The flexible coaxial cable is more and more widely used in aerospace system, and the equipment is the single point of the design system. Generally do not set up corresponding remote sensing point. This product is used correct or not, became the reliability of the system. In this paper, the author according to the product manual and experience offer some attention; And combined with the engineering practice, author offer the temperature change in different power condition of cable. Provide reference for the thermal control of the product processing.
