摘要
旨在探索如何通过Excel直观录入,结合人工编程进行提取汇总,达到获取较为完整优质的历史农气资料电子信息,方便对其进行检索和利用的目的。
The purpose is to explore how to extract and sum up the historical agrometeorological data by excel intuitionistic input combined with manual programming,so as to obtain more complete and high quality electronic information of historical data and facilitate its retrieval and utilization.
