微波法提取茎直黄芪中苦马豆素工艺的优化

摘要 以茎直黄芪(Astragalus strictus)为原料,采用微波法提取其中的苦马豆素,设计正交试验优化提取工艺,并用气相色谱法测定提取物中苦马豆素的含量。结果表明,优化的提取条件为茎直黄芪与甲醇料液比1∶10(m∶V,g/mL)、微波功率280 W、提取时间20 s。在优化的提取条件下茎直黄芪中苦马豆素的提取率可达到0.009 264%。 Using Astragalus strictus as the material,an optimum extracting technology of swainsonine from A.strictus was investigated through orthogonal experiment under microwave assistance conditions,then the content of swainsonine was analyzed with GC method.The results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were as follows,solid-liquid ratio 1∶10(m∶V,g/mL),microwave power 280 W,extraction time 20 s.Under the above conditions,the extraction percentage of the swainsonine was 0.009 264%.
