摘要
为探明甘蔗亲本对黑穗病的抗性水平,以采自广东省甘蔗主产区(湛江雷州市)的甘蔗黑穗病菌混合冬孢子作为接种源,采用人工浸渍接种的方法,对34个甘蔗亲本进行黑穗病抗性鉴定。鉴定结果表明:抗性水平为高抗(HR)的亲本有Q171、ROC1、内江57-614,占供试亲本的8.8%;抗性水平为抗(R)的亲本有福农95-1702、N∶Co376、CP93-1382、CP65-357、赣蔗95-108、ROC5,占17.6%;抗性水平为中抗(MR)的亲本有巴西618、粤糖89-113、台优,占8.8%;抗性水平为中感(MS)的亲本有粤糖86-368、ROC16、Q179、Q191、Ho CP95-988、台糖89-1626、引8、F177,占23.5%;抗性水平为感病(S)的品种(品系)有Q205、ROC23、N∶Co310、柳城03-48、Q189、F134、粤糖83-271、桂糖94-119、TH10、赣蔗14,占29.4%;抗性水平为高感(HS)的亲本有湛江种、粤糖06-666、08-144、Ho TH409,占11.8%。此外,本试验还探讨了甘蔗黑穗病抗性分级方法。
In order to investigate the level of smut resistance of sugarcane parents,using mixed spores of Sporisorium scitamineum as the inoculum source,which collected in main sugarcane-producing areas in Zhanjiang,Guangdong Province,and by the means of dipping inoculation method,meantime,smut resistance identification had been carried out to 34 sugarcane parents through new plant field experiments,the results showed that the level of resistance to highly resistant( HR) of the parents had Q171,ROC1,and Neijiang 57-614,with accounting for 8. 8%;Funong 95-1702,N ∶ Co376,CP93-1382,CP65-357,Ganzhe 95-108 and ROC5 were resistant to smut( R),accounting for 17. 6%; the members of Brazil618,Yuetang 89-113 and Taiyou were moderately resistant to smut( MR),accounting for 8. 8%; Yuetang 86-368,ROC16,Q179,Q191,Ho CP95-988,Taitang 89-1626,Yin 8 and F177 were performed moderately susceptible to smut( MS),accounting for 23. 5% of the tested parents; Q205,ROC23,N ∶ Co310,Liucheng 03-48,Q189,F134,Yuetang 83-271,Guitang 94-119,TH10 and Ganzhe 14 were susceptible to smut( S),accounting for 29. 4%; Besides,Zhanjiangzhong,Yuetang 06-666,08-144 and Ho TH409 were highly susceptible to smut( HS),accounting for 11. 8%. In addition,it was also discussed that the grading method of sugarcane smut resistance in this study.
