摘要
为了探讨激活蛋白对大豆的抗旱效果,将大豆的增产与抗旱结合起来,以大豆冀豆17为对象,研究了不同浓度极细链格孢激活蛋白(1,3,5μg/m L)处理对干旱胁迫下大豆幼苗的形态、叶片含水量、细胞质膜相对透性以及抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明,施用极细链格孢激活蛋白能够在干旱条件促进大豆幼苗的生物量累积、根系生长,提高叶片含水量以及抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、POD)的酶活力,降低了细胞质膜相对透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,有利于抵抗干旱胁迫。其中以3μg/m L浓度的处理效果最好。
To study the drought-resistant effect of activating protein on soybean for increasing yield and improving resistance drought,the effects at different concentrations( 1,3,5 μg/m L) of activator protein from Alternaria tenuissima on morphological characteristics,leaf water content,membrane permeability and antioxidant enzymes of soybean seedlings under drought stress were in vestigated using soybean variety Jidou 17. The results showed that using this activator protein promoted biomass accumulation and root growth,improved leaf water content and activities of antioxidant enzymes,including SOD,CAT and POD in soybean seedlings under the drought tress. Meanwhile,cell membrane permeability and MDA content in the soybean seedlings in drought conditions were reduced after using this activator protein. The results demonst rated that spraying activator protein from Alternaria tenuissima was beneficial for enhancing drought resistance in soybean seedlings. The effect of 3 μg/m L concentration of this activator protein was of best to the plant.
