摘要
采用单因素试验方法,对镀锌渣的可溶阳极电解的工艺条件对电流效率的影响进行了研究。结果表明:电解的最佳条件是Zn2+浓度为55g·L-1左右,电解温度为30~40℃左右,电流密度为300~500A·m-2左右,电流效率达到98%以上。
The effect of technological conditions of electrolysis of soluble anode of zinc slag on current efficiency was studied by single factor experiments.The results show that optimum conditions for the are determined as follows:the concentration of Zn2+is 55g·L-1,the electrolysis temperature is about 30-40℃,the current density is about 300-500A·m-2,and the current efficiency is more than 98%.
