移动支付影响消费决策的心理机制初探

摘要 随着心理账户将'有限理性'等理论应用于经济活动分析中,支付方式作为心理账户的情境因素之一受到研究者的关注,并进一步在支付透明度和支付疼痛角度上探讨各种支付方式的差异及其对人们的消费行为的可能影响。本文对近年有关支付方式的理论与实证研究进行梳理,尝试在此基础上探讨移动支付影响消费决策的心理机制。 With the application of the theory of'bounded rationality'to the analysis of economic activities in mental accounting,the payment method,as one of the situational factors of mental accounting,has attracted the attention of researchers,and further explored the differences of various payment methods and their possible effects on people’s consumption behavior from the perspective of payment transparency and pain of paying.This paper combs the recent theoretical and empirical studies on payment methods,and tries to explore the psychological mechanism of mobile payment affecting consumer decision-making.
