摘要
作为高校贫困资助管理体系中的一支重要力量,高校贫困学生干部自身的素质决定了管理工作的效率,但贫困学生干部日益突显的问题,已是高校发展中一项不可忽视的难题。当前高校贫困资助模式主要是"奖、贷、助、补、减、勤、免"为主,能够解决贫困学生干部的物质需求,但不能解决贫困学生干部自身素质存在的问题。高校要加强贫困学生干部的帮扶,重视贫困学生干部素质的培养,促使其在高校贫困资助队伍建设和工作机制中更好地发挥先锋模范作用。
As an important force in the management system of poverty-stricken subsidies in colleges and universities,the quality of the cadres of poor students in colleges and universities determines the efficiency of management work.However,the problem of increasingly prominent cadres of poor students has become a problem that cannot be ignored in the development of colleges and universities.At present,the poverty-stricken funding model of colleges and universities is mainly based on“award,loan,assistance,supplement,reduction,diligence,and exemption”,which can solve the material needs of poor student cadres,but it cannot solve the problems of poor cadres’own quality.Colleges and universities should strengthen the help of poor student cadres,pay attention to the cultivation of the quality of poor student cadres,and promote their role as a vanguard and exemplary role in the construction and working mechanism of poverty-stricken funding teams in colleges and universities.
