摘要
采取调查和访谈形式,在本校基护教研室、附属医院、实习医院和2017级护理专业学生中发放高职护生核心素养的调查问卷,同时向毕业生和一线专家采集护生就业岗位所需的英语技能,对结果进行统计分析,并开展实证研究。提出基于护生核心素养培养的医护英语课堂教学方案,并以一次课堂教学设计为例浅谈如何在医护英语课堂教学中实现高职护生核心素养的培养。
The thesis puts forward the teaching plan of nursing English class based on the core accomplishment of nursing students,and takes the design of classroom teaching as an example to briefly discuss on how to realize the cultivation of core accomplishment of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,by taking the survey and the interview in the nursing students of2017,the teachers of nursing department in our college,the experts and graduate nurses of affiliated hospital and intern hospitals to carry out the empirical research on the medical English skills required for a professional job.
