摘要
推进高校教务管理创新是时代发展对大学教学管理提出的要求,随着高等教育大众化,以及高校规模的迅猛发展,高校教务管理的对象内容发生了重大变革,面对日交益膨胀的教务管理工作,高等学校教务管理的内在规定性与高校教务管理人员素质状况,势必要求我们深入思考教务管理工作的改革与发展和创新。面改革与发展的唯一路径就是教务管理的创新。因此,本文针对于高校教务管理的创新进行了具体分析和研究,希望通过本人的探讨,能够为高校教务管理水平的进一步提高做出自己的努力。
To promote the innovation in teaching management in colleges and universities is the demands of era of development on the university teaching management. Along with the popularization of higher education,as well as the rapid development of university scale,great changes have taken place in the object content of collegial academic affairs management. The innovation of the educational administration Is the only path of the reform and development. In this paper,a detailed analysis and research are conducted on innovation of university educational administration management. I hope to further improve the university educational administration management level to make their own efforts.
