摘要 对于首次大规模使用的耐张四柱钢管杆,影响其安装的因素主要是基础顶面倾斜角度、立柱顶面高差及基础根开。通过建立解析方程,计算得出高差控制的关键数据,以控制高差的形式达到控制立柱顶面倾斜角度的目的,并从异形模板加工、支护,立柱钢筋绑扎及地脚螺栓定位控制等方面介绍了四柱钢管杆耐张基础顶面预倾斜施工方法。 For the large-scale application of 4-poled strain tower for the first time,factors that have influences on installation mainly include pre-tilted angle of foundation of top surface,top-surface height differences among 4 columns and root spans.Through the establishment of analytical equations,key controlling data of height differences are gained,by which the top-surface pre-tilted angles are controlled.Non-standard formwork processing and support,column rebar-colligation and foundation bolts positioning control are introduced in order to throw light on pre-tilted construction of foundation top surface in this paper.
