摘要
采用板-板式电极结构,短脉冲高压电源供电,形成高压脉冲电场(pulsed electric field,PEF),对水体中大肠杆菌进行灭活处理.探讨了PEF作用下大肠杆菌失活动力学方程.研究表明:8 kV/cm PEF作用下大肠杆菌灭活效果随脉冲时间增加而提高.PEF灭活动力学方程为lgS(t)=-0.417 45 ln(1+0.003 99t),形式与Alvarez模型一致.
In water,Escherichia coli(E.coli) were sterilized in a discharge reactor plate-plate geometries and powered by a short pulsed high-voltage pulse generator.The kinetics equation of E.coli inactivation by PEF showed that in 8 kV/cm,the inactivation rate of E.coli increased with the increment of the the pulsed time.The equation was: lgS(t)=-0.417 45 ln(1+0.003 99 t),which accorded with Alvarez's model.
